Return & Refund

We want you to feel confident and happy with every saree you order from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we do offer returns and refunds with a few simple guidelines. Returns are accepted within seven days of receiving your order, provided the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We ask that you reach out to us before sending anything back so we can assist you through the process.

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, usually within five to seven business days depending on your payment provider. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Please note that items purchased during clearance sales or under special promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective. We also do not accept returns for custom-stitched or altered products. If your order arrives with any damage or the wrong item, we request that you contact us within 48 hours along with clear photos so we can quickly make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
